Intro

Level Up Ladies began as a simple 30-day accountability challenge powered by Instagram DMs and Venmo payments. But founder Allie Guiang — a biomedical engineer and full-time sales executive — envisioned something much bigger. She wanted to create an intentional space where ambitious women could connect meaningfully, grow personally and professionally, and support one another both in-person and online. What started as a short-term challenge quickly evolved into a thriving community with long-term potential.

The Challenge

As Level Up Ladies grew, its early systems couldn’t keep up.

The community relied on fragmented tools — conversations lived in Instagram DMs, payments were handled through Venmo, and event invites were sent through separate apps. There was no automation, meaning renewals and monthly payments had to be manually requested and tracked.
