Amanda Hughes, a small business mentor, founded The Small Business Community and runs it herself. She's in the community every day, answering questions and joining the conversations.

She hosts The Growth Addicts Podcast, an Apple Top 20 podcast, is an Amazon number one bestselling author and created the Get Seen Get Sales Method. She has more than 10 years of small business experience, after earlier chapters as a wedding florist, brand photographer and social media mentor, and lives on the west coast of Scotland.

Two live guest expert workshops every month on marketing, sales, money, mindset and visibility. Replays go into the Workshop Library the same day, alongside more than 40 past workshops.

Resident Experts answer specialist questions, and Amanda and the members help with everything else. Get It Done sessions are two focused hours of online co-working, and weekly marketing support covers what to post, when to post it and hooks that are working right now. Regular check-ins keep members accountable, and Member Spotlights, referrals and collaborations help members promote their businesses.
