Common questions

What is Pulse AI?

Pulse is the AI co-builder inside Heartbeat. It can advise, answering questions about strategy, pricing and course design, and it can act, building channels, courses, offers, events, landing pages and workflows inside your community. You'll find it in the top right corner of your admin dashboard.

Can Pulse change my community without asking?

No. Before any action, Pulse shows you exactly what it plans to do and waits for you to approve it. You can approve, skip, or tell it what to change first.

Which plans include Pulse?

Every plan, including the $49 Build plan. Try it free for 14 days, no credit card required.

Can my members see Pulse or what it reads?

Only admins can see or use Pulse. In Settings > System > Pulse you can stop it reading member names and emails, stop it reading posts and messages, or switch it off entirely. Turning it off deletes nothing: your custom instructions, memories and past chats come back when you turn it on.

What can't Pulse do?

Pulse doesn't send chat messages, comment on or react to posts, change member roles, set up a custom domain or move payments from another platform. When you ask for something outside its scope, it tells you and points you to where you can do it yourself.
