Anyone who clicks your link and creates a Heartbeat community within 90 days counts as your referral.

Don't use your own link to sign up for Heartbeat.
Don't recruit other people to promote your link for you.
Mention it anywhere you share your link.
Don't message people who haven't asked to hear from you, or use bought email lists.
Don't make claims about features, pricing, or results that aren't true.
Breaking these rules can end your partnership and forfeit any unpaid commission.
No. Anyone can apply, whether or not you run a community on Heartbeat. The only exception is competing community platforms.
Commissions are only for new customers, so existing Heartbeat communities won't count.

The stats at the top of your dashboard refresh about once an hour, so check the Customers tab for the live list. Still missing after a day? Email support@heartbeat.chat with the email address they signed up with and we'll track it down.
No. Our Rewardful program has closed, and Rewardful links stopped tracking new referrals on August 7, 2026. Create a PartnerStack account to get a new link. If you think you're owed a commission from Rewardful, email support@heartbeat.chat and we'll look into it.
