Partner Program Content License

Overview

When you submit content through the Heartbeat Partner Program content bonuses — whether you post it yourself or hand it off to us — you're granting Heartbeat a license to use that content. This document explains what that means for you.

What you're agreeing to

By submitting content through the Rewards tab in PartnerStack, you grant Heartbeat a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and distribute that content across any channel or format — including but not limited to social media, paid advertising, email, website, and promotional materials. This license is irrevocable with respect to content for which a bonus payment has been issued.

This license takes effect when your submission is approved.

What this means in plain terms

• Heartbeat can use your content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, in ads, in emails, on the website, and anywhere else we choose.
• Heartbeat can crop, resize, add captions, add music, or edit your content to fit different formats.
• Heartbeat may or may not credit you when using your content. We'll do our best to tag you when it makes sense — but it's not guaranteed.
• You still own your content. This license doesn't transfer ownership to Heartbeat — it gives us the right to use it alongside you.
• You can continue to use, share, or license your content to others. This is a non-exclusive license — we don't own it outright.

What you're confirming

By submitting content, you confirm that:

• The content is original and created by you
• You own or have the rights to everything in it — including any music, footage, images, or third-party material
• No one else in the content has an objection to it being used — including anyone visible on screen
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• You are at least 18 years old

If you want your content removed

If you'd like Heartbeat to stop using a specific piece of content, contact us at support@heartbeat.chat. We'll remove it from active use within a reasonable timeframe. Note that content already published or distributed — such as a paid ad that has run — cannot be retroactively removed from those placements.

Changes to this policy

Heartbeat may update this license from time to time. We'll notify active partners of any material changes. Continued participation in the content bonus program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
