Can I control who sees a document?

Yes, on every plan from $49 a month. Documents can be scoped to member groups, so a paid tier or a specific cohort sees the resources meant for them.

Does this replace my team's shared drive?

For member-facing resources, yes. Templates, lesson notes, playbooks, and reference material can live in Heartbeat where members already are. Heartbeat is not built to be your internal team wiki, so most businesses keep one for that.

How do members find things later?
