One step a day, Monday to Friday

Each day takes on a place where new communities stall, with the Heartbeat team and your cohort working through it with you.

  1. Monday

    Offer

Learn to describe your community so the right person reads it and thinks “that’s me.” Then price it from the income you want, using the price ranges we’ve seen work across thousands of communities.

You leave with An offer people see themselves in, and a price you can stand behind.

  2. Tuesday

    Build

Find out what your first month actually needs and what you can skip. Most builders lose weeks to channels and pages nobody uses. You build the few things that matter, and Pulse handles the setup.

You leave with A community ready for its first members.

  3. Wednesday

    Launch

Learn why a set date and a live launch event bring in more members than a quiet soft open. Then get your landing page reviewed live by the Heartbeat team.

You leave with A launch date, a launch event, and a page you’re ready to share.

  4. Thursday

    Sell

Selling is where most builders freeze. Learn who to ask first, a low-pressure way to ask, and how to follow up without feeling pushy.

You leave with Conversations with your first future members, already started.

  5. Friday

    Grow

Pick the one growth habit that fits how you work, and learn the simple check-ins that keep new members from drifting away in their first week.

You leave with A 30-day plan to your first 10 paid members.

You do the work live. Our team helps you perfect it.

Live, with the Heartbeat team

Sessions run on Zoom, about an hour a day. You work during them: breakout rooms of three or four, live polls, drafts on a timer.

Feedback on your actual work

Post your offer, your page or your launch plan and get notes back by voice note or Loom. Landing pages get torn down live, and the recordings stay up.

Builders launching the same week

Homework goes in a shared thread in the Hearth, Heartbeat’s own community, where other builders comment on it. Nobody does this alone.

You keep everything

Recordings, slides and the thread stay open after the week. Finish every lesson and you get a Sprint badge on your profile.

“We signed our first paying member during the Sprint. A total stranger who found us on Instagram.”

“After our week of training, I finally got my launch on track. Within two days of sending out the details, over 200 people registered. It’s happening!”

Who the Sprint is for

The week is built for builders close to the start. If that’s you, apply.

This is for you if

  • You’re building a paid community, or you want to.
  • You have an idea, or a community with few or no paying members yet.
  • You’re new to Heartbeat, or not on Heartbeat at all yet.
  • You have some audience, or a habit of talking about your topic in public.
  • You can give it an hour a day this week, plus the homework.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re moving 200+ paying members from another platform. That calls for a migration plan before a launch.
  • Your community is already launched and growing.
  • You can’t show up during the week. The Sprint is built around doing the work live.

Is it really free?

Yes. There’s no fee now and no upsell at the end. We want more builders to launch, and the best way to help is to do it with you, live. The only cost is your time.

How much time does it take?

One week, Monday to Friday. Plan on about an hour live each day plus homework. The homework is the work of launching, so it’s time you would spend anyway.

I’m not ready yet. Should I wait?

No. The Sprint is built for people who don’t feel ready. You launch with what your first five members need, not everything you imagine. Most people who wait until they feel ready never launch.

I don’t have an audience.

Thursday is about your first 40 names, and most people know more of the right people than they think. The goal is five founding members, not five thousand followers.

I’m not technical.

Pulse, Heartbeat’s AI builder, sets up the pages and the community with you. You spend your time on the offer and the people, the part nobody can do for you.

Do I need to be on Heartbeat?

No. Apply, and we’ll help you get set up before Monday.

I just started my community. Is this for me?

Yes. Your first 30 days are when the offer, the price and your first members get decided, so this is the best time to do it.

What happens after I apply?

You fill out a short form about you and what you’re building. If the Sprint is a fit, you’ll get your invite and the full schedule by email a few days before Monday.

Your community could be live by Friday, Oct 30.
