Tech With Women Club

Women in tech who want company and structure while they move their careers forward. Members join one of three squads: career change (Squad Reconversion), for women moving into tech; career development (Squad Développement de carrière), for those aiming at seniority, a new role or better pay; and entrepreneurship and freelance (Squad Entrepreneuriat & Freelance), for women working for themselves.

The club runs in French and is based in Paris, with English Sessions for members who want to practice professional English.

Adia Danso founded Tech With Women Club and leads it as president. Squad leads and managers run each squad alongside her, and one of the squad leads hosts the English Sessions.

Experts from the field lead the monthly masterclasses and the mentoring sessions built around each squad's theme.

Every Monday evening, the Virtual Meeting runs a parallel online session for each squad, on topics such as Project Lab: Débloquer, partager, construire (Project Lab: get unstuck, share, build) and Financer sa montée en compétences (paying for your upskilling). A monthly masterclass with an expert is available live or as a replay.

Members also meet in person at brunches, dinners and afterwork drinks in Paris and Lille, and courses include Freelance Tech : Le Décollage (Freelance Tech: Takeoff), on moving from a salaried job to a first freelance client.
