These Beta Features Terms (“Beta Terms”) are part of Heartbeat's Terms of Service and apply to anyone who uses any feature, product, or service labeled as “beta,” “early access,” or otherwise identified as experimental within Heartbeat (collectively, “Beta Features”).
By using Beta Features, you agree to these Beta Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Overview
Sometimes we release new features early so we can test them, gather feedback, and make them better. These Beta Features are still being refined and your input helps us shape what Heartbeat becomes next.
Some beta programs require you to opt in, while others are available automatically when labeled as beta. Either way, these Beta Terms apply whenever you use a beta-labeled feature.
Support
You can reach us for help at support@heartbeat.chat, just like with any other part of Heartbeat.
However, support for Beta Features may be limited. We’ll always do our best to help, but things are still in development.
Changes & Availability
Beta Features are experimental. We may change, pause, or remove them at any time, with or without notice.
They may not always work as expected, and we can’t guarantee performance, uptime, or continued access.
We’ll do our best to keep things smooth, but Beta Features might evolve or disappear as we improve them.
Feedback
We love hearing your thoughts and suggestions. By sharing feedback, you give Heartbeat permission to use and build on your ideas to improve our products with no obligation to compensate you.
Your insights help us make Heartbeat better for everyone.
Risks & Data Handling
Beta Features use your real data in live environments. While we apply the same care and security standards, these features may have bugs, incomplete functionality, or unexpected behavior.
Use Beta Features at your own risk. We can’t guarantee against data loss or issues, but our support team will always do what we can to help if something goes wrong.
Opting Out
Participation is voluntary. You can opt out of any Beta Feature at any time by emailing support@heartbeat.chat.
Opting out may disable access or remove any related beta data.
Ending Beta Access
We may end or revoke access to a Beta Feature at any time, with or without notice.
This could happen if a feature graduates to full release, is redesigned, or discontinued. We’ll do our best to let you know if your access is affected.
Other Terms
These Beta Terms are governed by and form part of our Terms of Service.
Any disputes or issues related to Beta Features follow the same rules and limitations described there.
